Experiential organizational behavior
This book is based on the premise that study of organizational behavior requires an experiential perspective. The authors believe that an experiential approach to the study of organizational behavior provides students with tangible, personal examples of the abstract (to them at least!) theories of the organizational behavior which will allow them to identify and analyze behavior and to assimilate and integrate theoretical approaches.
